For a product to qualify for return:

• It should be unused and unworn.
• All original tags should be intact.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Retain your purchase proof or receipt.

For a swift exchange, return your product and, once approved, place a new order for your desired item.

6. European Union Policy

For shipments destined for the European Union: You possess the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. The return prerequisites remain the same as mentioned above.

7. Refund Process

Upon receiving and evaluating your returned product, we’ll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will reflect in your original payment mode within 10 business days.
